Eben Tisdale Fellowship
A terrific opportunity for students interested in high-tech public policy to have a hands-on learning experience with the experts. A stipend earning ($5000), credit-granting summer fellowship for U.Va. students. Available only to juniors, seniors, and graduate students.

Echoing Green Fellowships
The Echoing Green Foundation finds, attracts, and invests in a diverse group of emerging public service leaders who plan to start up and lead innovative, replicable, and sustainable projects and organizations that will lead to effective positive social change. This fellowship opportunity is available to qualified applicants over the age of 18 who can commit to at least two years of full-time work to develop their organization.

International Studies Office
Students interested in participating in an international internship should visit the ISO Web site for more information. Please arrange an appointment with UIP prior to departure to discuss and determine transfer credit for internship programs offered outside of UIP.

Summer Session and Special Academic Programs
Students receiving direct credit for all UIP Summer Internship Programs must be enrolled in SOC 4800 though the Summer Session and Special Academic Programs office. Please visit their Web site for registration details.

University of Virginia Career Center
The University of Virginia Career Center provides assistance to a diverse student body and recent alumni in implementing personal career or graduate/professional school admission goals. The Career Center and its resources can be of use to students interested in the To-Go Summer Internships in Washington, D.C. and elsewhere.

Virginia Capital Semester
Virginia Capital Semester offers qualified college and university students the opportunity to experience an internship in the state government while continuing their studies on a full-time basis through coursework taken at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.
